Refund policy

1. How do I Process a Return?
Need to make a return? No problem! Your packing slip includes a pre-printed return address label for your convenience.

Please note, the label isn't prepaid—you'll need to purchase postage from your preferred carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Get started by visiting "Print My Return Label" located in your Enchanted Bounding account by accessing the Account Log In page. After printing the label, attach the label to the top corner of your return box.

2. Return Deadline 
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase shipment date.

3. Item Condition 
Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, instructions, and paperwork included.

4. Watches
Watches must be returned with all original links.

5. Online Orders
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any delivery charges.

6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the return is approved and will take approximately 5 business days from the date we receive your return. 

7. Refund Deposit
Refunds are estimated to reflect in your account within 5-7 business days yet this can vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Credit and Debit Cards
Your refund will be credited to the same account the purchase was initially charged to.

10. Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law. 

11. Merchandise with a Gift Receipt 
You can return the item for a gift card or exchange it for merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

12. Packing Slip & Documents
Be sure to include the packing slip and all original documents with your return. All returns will be inspected by our quality assurance team before and refund is issued.
